We hope that 2018 has started off well for you!

2018 has started with a bang for Pulse 94.1 – refreshed sound and image, continued refresh of our music library and format (based on your feedback), more local and Australian content, and we’ve only just started February!

This is what you have had to say about Pulse recently:

I love listening to Pulse 94.1 because it has decent easy listening music. Great announcers, especially Luke and Susie, and good Christian values. Some news items are explained in detail throughout the day and verses from the Bible are enlightening.I wake up to 94.1 and go to sleep listening to 94.1. – Louise

Great radio station for the heart of the gong’ – Roger

Pulse 94.1 is proudly supported by:

‘I love listening to you guys when I’m in the car! Thanks for your faithful ministry.’ – Ruth

‘Best radio station in the Illawarra. You guys (Luke and Susie 7-10am weekdays) crack me up, I only have to hear you two laugh and it’s all over.’ – Tony

Pulse seeks to be a local, Christian voice in the community – speaking life through word and song. As well as this, Pulse seeks to be a resource for the local church and Christian community to use to communicate all that God is doing in our region.

However, there is some unfinished 2017 business … and that is our Essential Upgrades appeal. There is $4,747 remaining of our $5,507 target.

Thanks to your support so far, we have been able to install an ‘RDS’ unit (which enables radio text, on screen song information, and allows Pulse 94.1 to be more compatible with newer car radios).

The remaining target will enable us to update our ageing (and failing) audio server and on air systems so that we can ensure a reliable sound for our radio station!

Are you able to help us? Your support is tax deductible, and will help us to continue to build a better radio station – speaking life by sharing the good news of the gospel on the radio in our region.
